The story varies depending on if you take the Lawful, Neutral, or the Chaos path interesting! Ofcourse i chose the Chaotic path □ Denim must lead the ”Liberation Army” to bring freedom to the nation Valeria! Denim, Kachua and their friend Vyce plan a vendetta against the Dark Knights. Their father Prancet Pavel or ”Prancet Morne” was taken away by the Dark knights and their home town was massacred. The story revolves around the young kid Denim Pavel and his sister Kachua Pavel. The crew from Tactics Ogre was involved in FFT, after Tactics Ogre the key members Yasumi Matsuno, Hiroshi Minagawa, & Akihiko Yoshida left Quest to join Square and developed Final Fantasy Tactics later on. The first thing that comes in mind when you see this game is Final Fantasy Tactics, now keep in mind that this game came before Final Fantasy Tactics. It is a tactical roleplaying game they way a game like that should be! Good story, awesome orchestral music, stories varies depending on your choices you make, and a lot of equipment & class changing yum yum. There was a game that came out earlier by the name Ogre Battle in 1993. This game was released for Super Famicom in Japan 5 October 1995 by Quest. The label was gloss (like an original) and the color has not faded due to sunlight (as others have done.i will not say names though) Now their games can be found on Ebay for ridiculous prices :/. Timewalk games was one of the best out there, they made the whole package as if it was the real deal! But unfortunately they closed down.due to too many request which they could not keep up with.at least thats what they said. Then ( Soon a year ago to be somewhat exact) i did somehow find these translated games being sold as a cartridge on Ebay! I became pretty much obsessed and started to look around in google if there by any chance were any sites that sold these, and hell yes, there was! The first one i got hung up on was Timewalk Games, oh myfrickingsneszapper f*** it was like a gift from the skies.īy taking a translated rom of a game and put it in a cartridge with a repro label on it and put the thing in a fancy repro box, BAM! you have yourself a Snes cartridge with a game you´ve never been able to play on the real deal before, humanity restored! Damn you japanese people who didnt think that we non-japanese people wanted to play these games. The thing was that they had to be played on an emulator like Zs nes, i was kinda bummed about didnt feel ”real”.so i stayed away from those games since it just felt plastic in a way. ![]() The second i found out that there are these enthusiast that make translated versions of SFC/Japanese games for SNES i felt like there was a god somewhere (i am not religious though). ![]() ![]() Ive managed to play this game called Tactics Ogre for SNES through, yes the SNES version.īefore i start to ramble about this beautful game, listen to this.
